AVAILABILITY OF 100 ll AV GAS
Most of the aircraft operated by NWTFA/COPA 108 members require 100LL av gas. Members purchase fuel from local suppliers either in bulk or in drums but supply can be challenging. NWTFA/COPA 108 regularly monitors the availability of 100LL av gas both in bulk and in drums.

Fuel Flo has confirmed that 100LL av gas will be available in drums throughout the 2022 float season and that bulk av gas might be available through a mobile tank. NWTFA/COPA 108 will follow up with Fuel Flo for updates over the coming months.

Ahmic Air has confirmed its willingness to sell bulk 100LL av gas to NWTFA/COPA 108 members and itinerant pilots. Availability is subject to the operating requirements of Ahmic Air and should be verified by pilots in advance.

Bassett Petroleum has recently advised several NWTFA/COPA 108 members that it will no longer supply bulk 100LL av gas although drums will remain available. NWTFA/COPA 108 therefore intends to explore other options for the supply of bulk av gas.
